Sandra Weeks, CHRL, is the Managing Director of Human Resources Partners Inc. (HRP), a boutique Canadian HR consulting firm specializing in performance management, compensation and Human Resources. Her 25+ years of consulting experience gained with HRP, as well as two leading global consulting firms, Towers Perrin and KPMG, includes job evaluation, salary surveys, market analysis, pay equity, base pay design, pay for performance, incentive compensation, performance management, exec compensation within a wide range of private, public and not for profit organizations. She applies expertise in project management to all projects, and designed and delivered courses in Project Management and Compensation 101 for HRPA. As well, she was an instructor in the Faculty of Business at Ryerson University teaching degree Human Resources courses. She is a currently a Canadian Instructor with WorldatWork's professional certification program teaching C4 Base Pay Administration and, previously, C11 Performance Management and C1Total Rewards.
