Description
Child Support Guidelines Law and Practice, 2nd Edition is a comprehensive, current practice tool to help practitioners understand and implement the Guidelines. Expert authors MacDonald and Wilton share their knowledge and experience to guide users through this evolving subject area. Whereas the previous edition had been written as a general treatise of the subject area, the 2nd Edition presents a comprehensive collection of authoritative annotations to the Federal Child Support Guidelines. In order to accommodate the rapid growth of case law in this area, the service now spans two volumes with more in-depth section-by-section coverage. In addition to case annotations and commentary, the service also includes the full text of the Federal Child Support Guidelines and Tables, the Divorce Act, and the related legislation, guidelines and tables of Canada’s provinces and territories. Finally, helpful research tools include detailed tables of contents, a comprehensive table of cases, and a topical index.
