Laskin's Canadian Constitutional Law, 5th Edition
Par : Neil R. Finkelstein, B.A., C.A., LL.B. (McGill), LL.M. (Harvard)
Disponibilité : En stock
This classic work comprises both text, containing extensive notes and commentary and a casebook containing extracts of cases. This edition has been extensively updated to discuss the important developments in traditional constitutional law as well as the new dimension added by the Charter. Throughout this revision care has been taken to retain those parts of the original editions which have made it the classic survey of Canadian constitutional law.
