About the Author
Martin P.J. Kratz leads the Intellectual Property and eCommerce Practices for Bennett Jones LLP. He practises in the information technology and intellectual property law areas with the firm of Bennett Jones. In addition, he is co-director of Osgoode Hall Law School's Intellectual Property LLM program and teaches courses in that program and at other Universities.
