About the Author
Michael Moher leads the Canadian Workers’ Compensation Practice for ESIS Canada, a global risk management services firm and part of the ACE Group of Companies. He is responsible for managing the ESIS Canadian workers’ compensation product line and oversees client services and business development initiatives. With a unique specialization in both claim management and financial assessment matters, Mike works collaboratively with clients to design and implement efficient and effective programs. In his career, Mike worked as senior manager and workers’ compensation payroll tax practice leader for KPMG. In addition, he served in an executive capacity with two well-known workers’ compensation consulting firms and as Pensions Adjudicator with the Alberta Workers’ Compensation Board.

Mr. Moher holds a Bachelors Degree in economics from the University of Western Ontario, a certificate in personnel and industrial relations from University of Toronto and has training in alternative dispute resolution through the University of Windsor faculty of law. In 2008, Mr. Moher became a licensed paralegal through the Law Society of Upper Canada.
