Description

This title contains annotations of noteworthy court decisions interpreting the various provisions of Alberta’s Employment Standards Code. As with all annotated works from Thomson Reuters, the book includes the current full text of the Act, along with commentary, selected relevant case law, and cross references to related provisions.

This title also provide customers with access to the full text of the Code with digests of relevant cases interpreting or applying various sections of the Code. This is a great benefit to legal research because the annotations include the case citation and a brief digest of the case to explain how each applicable section of the Code is likely to be interpreted or applied in the client’s case.
