Jennifer J. Jenkins graduated from the faculty of law at the University of Western Ontario in 1981. Since her admission to the Ontario Bar she has been in private practice, and, since 1985 she has specialized in wills, trusts, estate administration and estate litigation. This has included preparing estate accounts in court format and passing of accounts, both contested and uncontested. Ms. Jenkins is a member of the Canadian Bar Association – Ontario, Trusts and Estates Section. She has taught estate planning and administration at the Bar Admission Course of the Law Society of Upper Canada. She has also been a guest lecturer for the Canadian Bar Association and for the Law Society of Upper Canada Continuing Legal Education Program and she has been a guest speaker at community groups on the topics of wills and estates.
The Late H. Mark Scott held an honours degree from the University of Waterloo and graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Western Ontario in 1981. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 1983. Mr. Scott was an associate with the law firm of Jenkins and Newman in Whitby, Ontario.
Edward F. Olkovich is a Certified Specialist in estates and trusts law. He has practiced estate planning, administration and litigation at his Toronto law firm since 1978. Ed has been an instructor on estates planning and administration at the Bar Administration Course of the Law Society of Upper Canada and is a frequent speaker in this area of law for both public and professional audiences.
