He has extensive experience in business valuation, acquisition, divestiture and shareholder value advisory assignments for public and private companies in a wide range of industries.
He is a Fellow of the Chartered Professional Accountants and the Society of Management Accountants of Canada and a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Chartered Financial Analysts Institute, and American Society of Appraisers.
