À propos de l'auteur
Kent W. Roach is Prichard-Wilson Chair of Law and Public Policy at the University of Toronto and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Canada. He is a graduate of the University of Toronto and Yale, and a former law clerk to Justice Bertha Wilson of the Supreme Court of Canada. Professor Roach has authored and co-authored many publications including Regulatory and Corporate Liability: From Due Diligence to Risk Management (2005) with Ken Jull and Justice Todd Archibald and Constitutional Remedies in Canada (Canada Law Book). He frequently appears as counsel in criminal and constitutional cases.
