Harold Niman, L.L.B., of Niman Gelgoot and Associates, has extensive trial experience. He is an instructor at Osgoode Hall Law School LLM Course in Family Law. Mr. Niman has contributed to numerous legal periodicals, Bar Admission Course materials and educational material for the Law Society of Upper Canada (LSUC) and the Ontario Bar Association. He was conference co-chair and editor of the Special Lectures of the Law Society of Upper Canada 2000 (Family Law: Best Interests of the Child) and has been co-chair of Six-Minute Family Lawyer since 2000. He has chaired several Trial Advocacy programmes by the LSUC. Mr. Niman is also associate editor of the Reports of Family Law. He appears in the Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory, a guide to the leading law firms and practitioners in Canada, as one of the most frequently recommended lawyers in the area of family law.
