Christopher Wirth is a partner at Stockwoods LLP, Toronto. His practice focuses on corporate/commercial litigation, libel and slander, professional discipline and negligence, employment law and administrative law. He has appeared before the Ontario Court of Appeal, Divisional Court and Superior Court of Justice and also regularly appears before many professional and regulatory bodies and coroners' inquests.

He is the author of numerous publications such as Interlocutory Proceedings and co–editor of O'Brien's Encyclopedia of Forms, Ontario – Court Forms, Division VIII (Canada Law Book). He is an instructor for the Bar Admission Course and speaks and writes on many topics, including civil litigation, product liability and employment law. He is a member of Advocates' Society, Canadian Bar Association, Toronto Lawyers' Association and the American Association for Justice.
