Eric M. Roher, M.A., LL.B., is a partner with the law firm of Borden Ladner Gervais LLP and practices in the areas of education law, employment law, and labour relations. He is the author of Canadian Labour Reporter Special Report: Violence in the Workplace, 4th Edition and An Educator’s Guide to Violence in Schools, 2nd Edition and co-author of An Educator's Guide to the Role of the Principal, Third Edition, Ontario Employment Standards Act: Quick Reference and An Educator’s Guide to Safe Schools. Mr. Roher is an adjunct professor at the University of Toronto Faculty of Law where he teaches Education Law.

Maciej Lipinski, Ph.D., J.D., is an associate with the law firm of Borden Ladner Gervais LLP and practices in the areas of education law, employment law, and labour relations. He is a co-author of Ontario Employment Standards Act: Quick Reference, and is a lecturer at the University of Toronto Faculty of Psychology.
