Terry W. Hainsworth, B.A., LL.B. is an established lawyer and partner with Harrison Pensa LLP, in London, Ontario. In practice for over 35 years, he deals with the economic issues in family law, including complex community of property claims, spousal support and child support. A former adjunct professor of law, Faculty of Law University of Western Ontario, Mr. Hainsworth has been called upon to be a guest lecturer at continuing education programs presented by the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Canadian Bar Association, The Advocates' Society, the Federation of The Law Societies of Canada and the Middlesex Family Lawyers Association.
