Andrea Boctor is a partner practicing in the Toronto office of Stikeman Elliott LLP and is head of the firm's National Pensions and Benefits Practice Group. Andrea advises clients in all areas of the firm's pensions and benefits practice. Andrea received her undergraduate degree and her LL.B. from Queen's University, and is recognized in Chambers Global, Chambers Canada and Lexpert for her expertise in pensions and benefits law. Andrea is the editor of Canadian Cases on Pensions and Benefits and is appointed to the Legal Advisory Committee of the Financial Services Tribunal. She writes and speaks extensively on pensions-related issues and is a guest lecturer on pension issues at the University of Toronto and Western University Law Schools and Osgoode Professional Development.

Mariana MacIntosh is a lawyer with over 10 years of experience practicing in the areas of pension, benefits and executive compensation. Mariana received her Bachelor of Arts with a concentration in Philosophy from the University of Ottawa and her LL.B from the University of Western Ontario. Mariana began her legal career as a corporate lawyer with Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg LLP, before becoming a pensions lawyer with Goodmans LLP. After several years of private practice, she became in-house counsel with the Royal Bank of Canada. Mariana is currently Director & Associate General Counsel with the Ontario Teacher's Pension Plan Board in Toronto, where she advises the Board on all matters relating to pension administration and governance.
