Description

The Study-Guide is an easy-to-use self-study training manual, that ensures workers and employers are familiar with British Columbia's OHS legislation.

The need to reference OHS legislation is often a daily task of someone in the workplace. The need arises in many circumstances, such as preparing job hazard analyses, safety training programs, when a safety issue or complaint arises and when undertaking pre-job hazard analyses. For this reason, it is not enough for people in the workplace simply to learn about basic OHS legal requirements; they need to understand also how to find a relevant legal requirement as and when they require this.

The Study-Guide is an easy-to-use self-study training manual, that ensures workers and employers are familiar with British Columbia's OHS legislation. It enables all employees to understand their duties and responsibilities under the B.C. Workers' Compensation Act, Part 3 and the OHS Regulation and is also a great resource for health and safety committees to discuss and understand compliance-related issues.

The Study-Guide has been designed to be used with the HANDI-GUIDE to British Columbia's OHS Regulation 2019 Edition and each order comes with one Answer Key booklet at no additional charge.
