ProView eLooseleafs and “Browse Legal Topics” Functionality in WestlawNext Canada

If you also subscribe to WestlawNext Canada, Proview eLooseleaf search results are now included in the new “Browse Legal Topics” functionality on WestlawNext Canada.  This functionality will enable you to use a legal topic as a way to discover relevant materials wherever they occur in Thomson Reuters online content.
In addition, you will be also able to see applicable classifications within an eLooseleaf title on ProView, and click on them in order to link back to WestlawNext Canada.

ProView eLooseleaf Commentary in Citing References tab in WestlawNext Canada

When noting up a case, the Citing References tab in WestlawNext Canada now displays ProView eLooseleaf commentary that refers to and analyzes that case.
ProView eLooseleaf titles are included in the Secondary Sources citing references group and the label “[ProView]” is displayed at the end of the title.
