About the Author
Stephen N. Adams, Q.C., has practised corporate securities and income tax law in London, Ontario since 1968. He is a former partner of McCarthy Tetrault and Harrison Elwood in London. Mr. Adams was an officer and director of several public and private companies, and served as a Commissioner of the Ontario Securities Commission from 1997- 2003.
