Previously, she led the Career Services office at the University of Victoria, Faculty of Law. In her role at UVic Law, she provided counseling and career coaching for law students and helped them with placements across Canada. The services she provided ranged from answering questions about how to apply for an articling position to helping students determine what type of career path they would like to follow.
