About the Author
Ann C. Wilton, B.A., M.A. (Oxon), LL.B., is a research lawyer at the firm of MacDonald and Partners in Toronto. She contributes to various publications by the firm and aids in preparing materials for the courts and appeals. Ms. Wilton is the co-author of The Annotated Divorce Act; The Annotated Ontario Family Law Act; Child Support Guidelines: Law and Practice; Enforcement of Family Law Orders and Agreements: Law and Practice; Law and Practice Under the Family Law Act of Ontario, Revised Edition; Family Law Arbitration in Canada; and Spousal Support in Canada, 2nd Edition.
Judy Miyauchi is a research lawyer with the family law department of the Ontario Legal Aid Plan. She was previously engaged in private practice, dealing primarily with family law.
