About the Author
Mel Springman, B.A., M.A., M.Sc., LL.B., is counsel at Legal Services Branch, Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care. He teaches Debtor-Creditor Law at Osgoode Hall Law School and previously taught that subject at the University of Toronto and Queens. He has been a participant in many conferences and seminars, and has published a number of articles and books, in this field, including (as co-author) such books as Fraudulent Conveyances and Preferences (1994-) and Debtor and Creditor: Cases and Commentary (2nd and 3rd Editions).
