Note: Saskatchewan employers have a duty to ensure a paper or electronic copy of the SE Act and OHS Regulations are readily available for reference by workers, joint OH committees and OHS representatives. Section 18 of the OHS Regulation requires employers to provide workers with access to OHS legislation, while Section 3-16 of the SE Act requires employers to provide workers with other prescribed or relevant safety information.
