Julien Lalande is an Assistant Crown Attorney in Ottawa, where he has been prosecuting criminal matters in the Ontario and Superior Court of Justice since his call to the bar in 2009. Julien has also lectured for the University of Ottawa, the Ottawa Police Service, the Canadian Forces Military Police, and the Canadian Police College on a variety of topics.
