About the Author
Lisa Zaretsky is President and Senior Consultant of Simplified Procedures Inc., a company providing services such as seminars and file review for personal injury firms in Ontario. Prior to that, she was the senior Risk Assessment Officer at BridgePoint Financial Services, where she assessed the viability and value of personal injury cases across Canada specializing in motor vehicle accidents, long term disability, occupier liability, sexual assault, product liability and medical malpractice.
Bonnie Koreen is an Occupational Therapist, a Canadian Certified Life Care Planner and Internationally Certified in Impairment and Disability Rating. She has over 30 years of experience as an occupational therapist working in a variety of areas including rehabilitation, addiction and mental health. Bonnie has prepared in excess of 230 Future Care and Cost Analysis'/Life Care plans for use in rehabilitation planning, mediation, arbitration, settlement discussion and has provided expert testimony in Canadian courts.
John Harvey, MScBMC, CMI is a medical illustrator, certified by the Board of Certification for the Association of Medical Illustrators (AMI). He has worked with a variety of clients in the medical-legal profession, pharmaceutical companies, agencies and manufacturers, and publishing industries.
