About the Author
Barry S. Corbin, M.Sc., LL.B., practises law in Toronto through Corbin Estates Law. His practice is comprised of income tax and estate planning, estate administration and the mediation of estate disputes. Mr. Corbin is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and is the Chair of the Estates Subcommittee of the Attorney General's Civil Rules Committee. He is a co-Founding Editor of Money & Family Law and is a past Editor-in-Chief of the Estates Trusts & Pensions Journal.

Lorne H. Wolfson, LL.B., LL.M., is a Toronto family lawyer, mediator and arbitrator. He is a partner in the law firm of Torkin Manes. He is also the author of Settling Family Law Cases: Practical Techniques for Advocates and Neutrals, The New Family Law and co-editor of Money & Family Law. In 2015 he received the Ontario Bar Association’s Award of Excellence.
