About the Author
Michael G. Tweedie practised commercial and debtor-creditor litigation in Ontario for more than 30 years. He is now retired from active practice and provides a research service for licensees in Ontario. He has presented papers for both the Law Society of Upper Canada and the Ontario Bar Association. Mr. Tweedie has conducted many summary judgment motions, trials and appeals, including appearances before the Court of Appeal for Ontario.
