Details and specs
The publication is a collection of essays and articles on various topics in family law which draw from and discuss the scholarship of the late professor James G. McLeod and the legacy of that scholarship. The work is edited by University of Toronto law professor, Martha Shaffer, who has also contributed an article to the collection. The preface is by Dean Ian Holloway, Dean of Law, University of Western Ontario.
The book is written in a scholarly and academic style but is extremely useful in its timely and current discussion of these topics which are highly relevant to the family law bar. It is written by academics, mental health professionals engaged in assisting families in marriage breakdown situations, family law practitioners, and members of the family law bench. It, thus, takes in several varied perspectives on these issues.
All net revenues from this book are going to the James McLeod memorial fund at the University of Western Ontario in James McLeod's honour.
