  • The Table of Concordance of Business Corporations Acts is updated and current to January 15, 2023.
  • Copies of forms under the CBCA and the CNCA have been removed and replaced with a list of forms under each statute and where such forms can be accessed and/or downloaded online.
  • A new notice from Corporations Canada has been added: Corporations Canada Resumes Administrative Dissolutions of Corporations that are in Default of Filing their Annual Returns (August 31, 2022).
  • The publication is a useful reference for all who study or have a special interest in this area of law. This consolidation reproduces only the official English language version of the legislation.
