The 2024 edition of Key Developments in Environmental Law is edited by Stanley Berger. Stan Berger has practiced regulatory and environmental law over the past 43 years both in private practice, as Assistant General Counsel at Ontario Power Generation Inc., Deputy Director of Legal Services at the Ontario Ministry of Environment and Assistant Crown Attorney. He served as President of the International Nuclear Law Association and Founder and President of the Canadian Nuclear Law Organization (CNLO). He continues to serve on the Board of the CNLO. He is the author of the Thomson Reuters Looseleaf service The Prosecution and Defense of Environmental Offenses, first published in 1994.
