Christopher D. L. Hunt, B.A. (Mount Allison), LL.B. (Manitoba), LL.M., Ph.D. (Cambridge), is an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Law at Thompson Rivers University in Kamloops, British Columbia. He has published widely in leading Journals in the areas
