Description
Employee Performance Scorecards is the story of a determined HR team that accomplished a seemingly impossible goal – implementing performance evaluations for 18,000 unionized employees at a large transportation company. The result? A new culture of engaged workers who were motivated to achieve business goals. For this organization, Employee Performance Scorecards (EPS) eventually translated into improved Earnings Per Share. This business success story gives you an in-depth case study of behavioural change from the perspective of the HR team that implemented it. Whether you work in a union or non-union environment, Employee Performance Scorecards offers valuable business lessons in accelerating employee performance, changing traditional views of labour relations, and demonstrating the business value of human resources. Sample Chapter and Testimonials. Also available in eBook format.
