About the Author
Gwynneth Mary Lovas graduated from the University of Ottawa Law School in 1980 and has been a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada since 1982. Mrs. Lovas joined the Department of Justice Commercial and Property Law Group in 1990 and spent the last twelve years of her career as the Senior Counsel and subject matter expert in Non-Public Property Law with the Department of National Defence and Canadian Forces Legal Advisory Services Unit. She currently works as a writer, lecturer and consultant.
