Corporate Law for Ontario Businesses - Instructor's Manual, Second Edition
Availability: Temporarily out of stock
Price TBD

The Instructor's Manual, Second Edition supports the textbook, Corporate Law for Ontario Businesses, Second Edition, and its accompanying Workbook. The author's approach has been to provide a balance of legal theory and practical application, in a simple and direct manner. The Instructor's Manual will prvide instructors with answers to all of the exercises found in the Workbook, including completed government forms and other precedents. It also provides a proposed Critical Path for a 15 week course, suggested assignments (including a marking rubric) and other valuable teaching tools.

This combination of the textbook, Workbook and Instructor's Manual makes it easy for instructors to teach a course on Corporate Law and corporate procedures, without the need for additional handouts or other resources. The result is an excellent learning experience for all.
