It provides relevant examples of 'organization development interventions' that address common needs that arise in organizations – e.g. changing culture, building leadership alignment, resolving conflict, managing change, engaging employees, strengthening decision-making, strategic planning and team-building. It describes specific Organization Development techniques used and how they were applied to solve an identified problem or drive greater organization effectiveness. The end result is a collection of examples of organization development interventions that may serve as potential models for HR Managers to use.
