About the Author

Mark Mendl was a previously a partner at a preeminent global law firm where he practiced labour and employment law for almost 15 years. In 2017, Mark founded Mendl Workplace Law with the goal of providing more timely, tailored, and efficient legal solutions to meet the needs of employers in the modern workplace. Mark’s practice covers the field of labour and employment law. Mark is also an experienced workplace investigator. Over the course of his career, Mark has successfully partnered with an array of domestic and international private and public-sector employers, both unionized and non-unionized, as an advisor, advocate and investigator. Mark is the author of the Ontario Employment Law Handbook – An Employer's Guide.
