Insuring the Construction Project
Availability: In Stock
Insuring the Construction Project reviews insurance litigation from the perspective of an insurance practitioner whose role includes the design and implementation of effective insurance programs. As such, it is an invaluable reference tool, not only to insurance lawyers and litigators, but also insurance professionals who craft these policies. It also provides valuable guidance on how to approach construction insurance litigation and the negotiation of complex construction insurance claims.
