About the Author

Adrienne Blanchard has over 20 years experience including in national and global IP practices.  In 2015, she founded Blanchard Law, a law practice dedicated to serving the interests of companies in the life sciences, food, and consumer products industries, with a focus on regulatory, IP and commercial matters.

Her experience includes advising on life sciences regulatory compliance as well as negotiating product distribution and other agreements. She represents clients in matters and before various regulatory bodies including Health Canada, the Patented Medicine Prices Review Board and the Canadian Food Inspection Agency.
