About the Author
John A. Campion, JD (Tor), FCIArb, Mediation (Harv), is a partner with Fasken Martin DuMoulin LL.P. and one of Canada's leading advocates, mediators and arbitrators. A member of the Ontario and NWT Bars, and occasional call to the Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, B.C. and Quebec Bars, his areas of expertise include commercial and securities litigation, class actions and international dispute resolution. Adjunct professor (20 years): Osgoode and UofT; Bencher of LSUC (2000-2015; now Emeritus Bencher); President, Federation of Law Societies; author and lecturer. A frequent speaker at conferences on civil litigation, Ms. Dimmer was awarded the Harold Fox Education Fund Scholarship, Exchange Program at the Middle Temple, London, England.
