About the Author
Alexandre Tavadian is a litigator with the Immigration Law Section of the federal Department of Justice. He practiced immigration law in the regional offices of Quebec and Ontario. He has been litigating before the Federal Courts since 2004. He received his Bachelor of Law and Masters in administrative law from the University of Montreal and his Masters in public international law from the University of Geneva and the Graduate Institute of International Studies. He taught advanced administrative law in the Faculty of law of the University of Montreal.
